Class Schedule
July 2022
What a great Preview Day! We had 3 tables of specials that included grab bags and special "curated" kits. Lisa has a great schedule for July and I am certain you'll find more than one class to enjoy!
The store will be closed on July 1st & 2nd for the 4th of July weekend celebrations.
Our FREE Make 'n Take was a hit. We sold out of all the stamps. Isn't this a cute card? There were many colorations of the pup and kitten. I thought you'd like to see a couple.
The background stamp is from Hero Arts and is a 6x6 rubber stamp. We used papers from the Full Bloom collection by Simple Stories that were die cut to create the "packages". The pup and cat are from the "More Peeking Pets" stamp set from Catherine Pooler and we colored the pup and cat using Zig Clean Color markers. The thought bubble is a die from Catherine Pooler and the saying comes from a set that has 2 thought bubble stamps and a group of sayings that fit in the stamp or die. Even though we sold out of all the stamps and dies, I have another order coming and we'll have a few more available next week.
Here's the class schedule for July!

Loaded Pockets - $35
Thursday, July 21
10:30 am OR 6 pm
Are you ready for a really fun project you can use for so many different things? Come make this triple pocket folio that you will then stuff with a variety of cut outs and tags. This would make a great gift for the friend who would love a gift "Pocket" bag full of "collage fodder" to use for future art projects. It would even be fun to make a whole pack of them to use as special storage for your own collage fodder!
Art Journal Saturday - $20
Saturday, July 23
9 am OR 1:30 pm
New to art journaling? Not new? No experience needed for this "free form" art experience. You bring the art journal (or surface of choice) and we supply everything else needed to create your own version of the sample provided. We guide you through the steps we used to create our art journal page and you choose the colors, stencils, stamps, collage papers, etc. that you want to use to create your page. Plus, it's always fun to create with other artists and share ideas with your table mates. We also have a private Facebook page where you can share your creation! This class is fun! PHOTO SHOWN is work in progress. Actual sample taught will be different.
