The Latest News

More on Last Weeks News

As you know, last week Lisa took off for Padre Island and I scrambled to keep up with her work and mine. What a challenge. I'll be soooo glad when I see her Thursday.

I mentioned a couple of things last Thursday and today I've got photos.

Tim Holtz Goodies....Yes, the last bit of Tim Holtz treasures finally arrived after being on back order forever and a day. We also got the earlier items restocked so the Tim Holtz display is full and waiting for you. Pictured are the newer items to hit the shelves. Of course you know he's got great ideas over on his blog site so be sure you get on over there if you want some inspiration for these neato keeno goodies.

Inkadinkado.....the Buy 2 Get 1 Free package arrived and the stamps are quite cute (as I mentioned previously) Here is a picture of the whole kit-n-kiboodle along with the how-to flyer. I'm as excited about this collection as I was about the last one. We shoulda ordered 2 sets, but we'll get right on that reorder as soon as Lisa gets back. In the mean time, be sure to check it out on Demo Day.

Oh....speaking of Demo Day.......Remember it's this Saturday. You come and go from 10:30 to 4 and we always have a FREE Make-it-Take-it for you. Lisa's full July schedule should be available and we'll hand out the new Hero Arts Summer Supplement.
Until next post......Happy Stampin'!

New Stamps and Such

Just a Quick Note to Let You Know........

With Lisa on vacation, I have little time to photo so you're just going to have to trust me here.....the NEW HERO ARTS arrived yesterday and is on the shelf. You're going to love these new extra large background stamps and the 12" clear border stamps (Well, they're not really 12 inches long, but they are to be used on 12" paper). We got the 12" (no, they're not 12 inches either) acrylic blocks for them too. Our new Summer 2008 supplements have been delayed, but I do think we'll have them by Demo Day.

Speaking of Demo Day.........REMEMBER it's being held Saturday the 28th this month.

Also Inkadinkado's Buy 2 Get 1 stamps are here. They should be on the shelf by tomorrow. It's a nice collection that will coordinate with the "Fancy That" collection from their Summer 2008 supplement of correspondence stamps. The "Fancy That" collection has been very popular.

Check back Friday and hopefully there will be pictures of the new stamps. Better yet, just come on by and see for yourself.

Until next post.......Happy Stampin'!

New Stuff You're Gonna Want

More About the Latest Arrivals

The Tweezer Scissors
You heard about these in the post about the Birdcage Bird card. Here's a photo. These are selling like hotcakes! We got in a dozen and they were gone in 1 day so we ordered another 15. Same deal - gone in a day. We just got another 15 in today. You will love these scissors for detailed cutting. It makes it possible to cut into those little places you tend to just pass over because it's just too much trouble. Well no more.......these are even easier than an exacto knife for many applications.

New Papers
Lisa found the
coolest papers. There is a batch of 2-sided papers from Creative Imaginations (right photo below) with fabulous swirls or geometric stylized flowers. Back side features ledger graph on the other side of 2 and swirls on the other paper. There are 3 new papers from Heidi Swapp (left photo above) in beautiful shades of tan and brown. One features antique maps and would be really cool used on some sort of travel card or project.

Other New Stuff
In the basket you can see some really great clear sets from Autumn Leaves (new for us), printed tags and colored transparencies from 7 Gypsies, Swirly Heart punch by Anna Griffin and the grass punch that is used to make one of the frog cards on the Hero website. There are a number of new stamps from B Line, Penny Black, and new clear sets from Character Constructions.

Zutter Binder Last week a sweet customer arrived to purchase the only Zutter binder we had. She had been looking all over for it and had found it only one other place. It is a great tool for wire binding all kinds of things together. You can make books, or bind tags or ATC's from a swap into little memory books. Let you imagination run wild...... Since then we received our last order, we were advised that there has been a price increase as of midnight last night. We got in an under the wire order and will be able to offer these at the old price of $59.95. There are 3 in stock currently. If you ever thought you'd want one of these, get it now. The increased price will be just under $70.

That's it for now.......until next time..Happy Stampin'!

Magazines & New Stuff

As you know, we offer quite a few of Stampington & Co's magazines. Latest to arrive are the Spring 2008 editions of Somerset Workshop, Somerset Life and Artful Blogging. The Summer 2008 edition of Somerset Studio Gallery has also arrived. If you are feeling a lull in your creativity, these publications can be really inspirational and can get your creative juices a flowin'.

Lots of boxes arrived today so there will be a ton of new stuff on the shelves tomorrow. We got boxes from Penny Black, Hero, Character Constructions, B Line and a couple of our distributors. Looks like there are some new embossing powders, punches, 7 gypsies, 3 new papers, and mini square canvases. Hopefully we'll get a list here by tomorrow morning. I know it'll be on the shelf by the end of today.

That's about it for now.....Until next time....Happy Stampin'!
