CLASSES
We always have a grrrrrreat time on Preview Day. I must say, that with all the graduation ceremonies and other hooplah going on, we were quiet. That means that there was not much waiting for the Make 'n Take. Sooooo.... I am making an offer you may not be able to resist. If you were unable to come by on Saturday, drop by the store on Tuesday or Wednesday and I'll let you make one! This is a one time offer and not likely to be repeated. I just hate to see the supplies go to waste and would love for you to make one!
I love this stamp set called "Feelin' Fizzy" by Catherine Pooler. It's from one of her newest releases. We sold out, but I will be ordering more because the set is great for many occasions, not just Father's Day. And here are 2 other samples Cherri made for us.....
Dina Wakley is coming to teach in July. Although the classes are full at this time, please feel free to register in order to get your name on the wait list for cancellations. Mixed Media Cards - $35

Tim Holtz released a new group of stamp sets last month and Lisa has created these 4 cards using them for focal images. But the coolest part of this class is creating the really cool backgrounds by making 1 mixed media "master page" to cut up for the background of each card. This will be a fun and classy card class!
Experiments in Gel Printing - $35
Thursday, June 8

Lisa did not have the samples ready to show for this class, but I can tell you that she is going to teach you how to create your own washi type strips that can be used for card making or collage projects both in and out of your art journal. Don't miss this class. It will truly be a fantastic experience and you don't need any experience using the gel plate.

"Bee Happy" Pockets - $35

I promise you'll find a plethora of uses for these very cute pocket cards. Not a typical card, these pockets cards can hold encouragement cards, tea bags, gift cards and more. They would make great party favors as well!
Art Journal Saturday - $20

Lisa created this "dreamy" spread and I can't wait to make my very own version. She has this ethereal style that always takes my breath away. While she has used soft tones and muting techniques, you can make yours bold or quiet. She'll guide us through her process and we'll have fun making our own versions. You know that your $20 class fee is a bargain because you get so much bang for your buck!
Embossing Folder Fun - $35

New embossing folders from Altenew sparked this class. You'll have fun creating these very different cards. New dies from Hero, Catherine Pooler, and Impression Obsession complete the cards with style. You will make all 5 cards in this class and love how easy they are to make.

Class Fees: Class fees are due at the time of enrollment. Lisa takes cash, checks and sends PayPal invoices. If you are in the store when she is here, she can take credit cards. Payment of class fees guarantees your enrollment in class. If you register online, you will receive a confirmation email from the store. You will still need to make arrangements to pay your fees prior to class. "Registrations" are not guaranteed until class fees are paid. Class fees must be paid by the Saturday prior to class or your registration will be cancelled and no kit will be available.
Class Kit: You are required to bring a kit of basic paper crafting supplies. Your kit should include (but is not limited to) such things as a black ink pad, embossing ink pad, your favorite paper glue, favorite adhesive (tape runner or double sided tape), scissors, sponges or daubers for edging, pencil and bone folder. Please feel free to add any other supplies you feel you need for paper crafting. All products needed for your basic kit can be purchased at the store.
