DEMO  DAY

Demo Day is Saturday.....  Remember that Lisa's new class schedule will be ready and you can sign up for the classes then.....  We will have a really great FREE Make-It-Take-It and lots of new things to make your trip worthwhile.....  It's come and go from 10am to 4pm so grab a friend and come have some fun!

If you are a Christy Tomlinson Fan (and I know quite a few of you are!), then you are gonna flip when I tell you that we have the NEW Christy Tomlinson rubber stamps ordered and on the way!  

That's right!  Christy Tomlinson rubber stamps are on the way!  Christy has partnered with Unity to produce quality red rubber cling stamps for you to use when you are creating those fabulous canvases you learned to make in Christy's online She Art classes!  I am so pumped!  I love her textures and love using red rubber cling stamps.  The stamps are absolutely out of this world cool!

Crafter's Workshop Update

They're Here

As promised, the first of the Crafter's Workshop templates arrived. There are so many goodies here......love the new Balzer Designs!  I can't wait to see what everyone creates with them.

There are more to come......I hope it won't be long. 

DEMO  DAY

Next Saturday is Demo Day.....  It'll be as much fun as ever.  Lisa will have a new class schedule for March and we will have a great Make-It-Take-It for everybody to do.  We should have a slew of new things in the house too so put it on your calendar and come out for all the fun!

Valentine Tag Swap

Didn't do a very good job advertising it, but we did sponsor a Valentine Tag Swap and the photos should be up on Facebook later in the week.  Tags were spectacular as usual!  Hoping to sponsor an Easter art swap as well....  watch for details later.....

STAMPOTIQUE  ORIGINALS

I have been following Kate Crane's blog for a little while.  She uses a lot of really great edgy images by Daniel Torrente in her work.  I discovered the stamps are produced by Stampotique Originals and went about acquiring an account.  We received a rather large shipment of them just today...... 

They are different and edgy.  They are not for everyone.....  but then, you're NOT everyone, are you?!

We will be stocking other images from Stampotique in the future.  They have many other designers and stamps that will appeal to all.  Don't hesitate to let us know of any other designs you would like us to order from them.

What's New?

A Taste of What's to Come!

So Many new things came out this time from CHA and we have a slew of new and exciting things on the way.....  Some will arrive any day now and some will be find its way in the door over the next few months.

Here's a look at a something due to arrive on Friday.....

New Crafter's Workshop Templates

Lots of new templates.  You can't believe how many goodies they released.  Crafter's Workshop & Julie Fei-Fan Balzer has outdone herself......  Watch & Listen to Julie demo one of her new layering design templates.....

Quite a few of Julie's templates have shipped.  The star demo'd here is ordered but will arrive a little later.....

There are also a number of the new Crafter's Workshop own designs on the way..... including a reverse Chicken Wire, and a new Ringlets design which also comes in reverse. 

The order on the way is scheduled to arrive on Friday.  UPS usually comes in the early afternoon so hopefully I'll have them out and ready by about 4:00.  I know you're just going to love the selection!

We've all been having a time with some of the very intricate dies from Memory Box.  Dave has heard plenty about it and went to work to find a fix for all of us.  Here is what he suggests....  give it a try!

One of our customers saw this cool video by Simon Says Stamp using Adirondack Alcohol Inks to paint Tim's Butterfly Tote!  Oh how cool is this?

FEBRUARY 2012 CLASSES

We're  Back!

Oh my.... so many things both good and bad happened in December.  But things are getting back to normal and January has shaped up to be some kinda fun.  Our weekend event with Donna Downey was extra special.  We laughed and learned so much.  Thanks Donna for all the memories!

Last Saturday was demo day and Lisa unveiled a whole new batch of classes.  One finishes off this month, and there are 4 more exciting classes you will want to take.  Here are pics and descriptions.  Come by to see the samples in person and sign up for the class or classes of your choice!

Lisa recently participated in a calendar swap with Catherine Moore of Character Constructions and it gave her this kewl idea.....  6 times during the year she will schedule a class of 2 new calendar pages for 2013 for you to make.  At the end of the year you will have a fabulous handmade calender for next year to keep or give as a wonderful gift.

We've had a number of requests for this project which we have done several times before.  With each passing year we learn so much more and a tag book is such a great way to teach them.  You then have a special reference book that you can add to as you travel your own art journey of life.
