FEBRUARY 2023

CLASS SCHEDULE

I hope everyone had a good time at Preview Day.  Lisa, Adona and I certainly did!  I think everyone enjoyed this FREE Make 'n Take

I had a good time creating it.  It was my version of one included in the idea booklet of the Limited Edition stamp set from Impression Obsession.  There are a few sets left, but I've already had calls from messages from 2 people and I think I only have 2 left.

Lisa has a great schedule for February.  Three card classes and a gel floral canvas board.  On to the schedule!

Gel Print Blooms - $35
Thursday, Feb 2
10:30 am OR 6 pm

This is an awesome class!  Lisa offered in May of 2020.  Because of Covid, this was the first month we were able to offer in person class and class seats were limited to 6 people.  Lisa decided to bring it back so more people could enjoy the fun.  I was able to make one for my mom's 93rd birthday.  You can see it on Facebook here.  Your piece will be on a 6"x12" cradled wood panel.  You'll use gel prints (Lisa shares hers for those who have none) to create this project.  It makes a great gift or you can keep it for your art space!

A New Twist on Cards - $30
Thursday, Feb 9
10:30 am OR 6 pm

Lisa has a new technique to share with you!  You'll use rub-ons from 49 and Market on muslin to create focal points for your cards.  This is so much fun and so easy.  You must take this class!

Watercolor Wonders - $30
Thursday, Feb 16
10:30 am OR 6 pm

Everyone loves a good watercolor class.  Lisa has created three floral beauties that you will enjoy creating and sharing with those you love.  One of these is a postcard!  Can you guess which one? Stamps are from Penny Black, and Tim Holtz.

Preview Day - Saturday, Feb 18
10 am to 4 pm
FREE Make 'n Take from 10 to 3:30
Come and Go

This is the day you can preview the March classes and begin enrolling.  Enjoy a free Make 'n Take so grab a friend and share the fun.  Browse the latest arrivals.  It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys!

This and That - $30
Thursday, Feb 23
10:30 am OR 6 pm

Definately a collection of "this and that" but oh, what fun!  Stencils, die cuts, stamps and doodles make up a class that will keep you on your toes.  These cards are fun and enjoyable to make.

Art Journal Saturday - $20
Saturday, Feb 25
9 am OR 1:30 pm

I'm calling #2 the winner unofficially, but there are still a few days left for you to vote on Facebook. Lisa had 2 spreads and we couldn't decide which one.  So we asked everyone who came on Saturday  to vote for their favorite.  There were only a few people who voted, so I put it on Facebook for voting.  You can see #1 here.  You can cast your vote until Sunday (although it already looks like a runaway race). In any case, those of you who like Art Journal Saturday, will enjoy this one and most likely we'll do #1 later.

That's it for the classes, however, here is an important read.....
