Classes
It was a great day in the neighborhood Saturday for Preview Day. Lisa's classes were a hit and we had a record crowd in attendance. There were so many things going on. Of course we had our FREE Make 'n Take pictured here.....
Stamps by Catherine Pooler... Thanks by Memory Box. Ink Pad colors by Catherine Pooler. This stamp set has so many possibilities. If you have time, stop by the store to see 4 more samples. Our friend Cherri created the samples and the Make 'n Take for us.
Lisa has created 4 card classes for us for September. It's definately card making season with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas on the horizon. We have Lauren Bear returning by request to teach Art Journal Saturday as well. Take a look at the schedule. I think you'll find a class you really need to take!

Oh my goodness! This is just the cutest Halloween card class I have seen in a while. Stamps and dies from Penny Black are just perfect, paper from Simple Stories called Simple Vintage Scary Stories and an embossing folder from Memory Box work together to create the perfect set. You'll get to continue sharpening your watercoloring skills too!

The stamps used in this collection of Fall themed cards are so elegant. Penny Black never fails us when it comes to this element. These cards are perfect for any occasion. You will be proud to send them to friends or family.
More Alcohol Ink Fun - $35

The August Alcohol Ink Fun class was such a hit that Lisa and I thought you might want to continue the fun and sharpen your skills a little bit more. Repetition is the key to mastering this medium. Each of these cards will be unique and Lisa has used a large percentage of the brand new Tim Holtz alcohol ink colors from Ranger. You won't be disappointed.

If you've been one of our friends for a while, you know how much fun this day is. We get new products throughout the month and gather them up for you to see. Our Cash Friyay special is often featured and our FREE Make 'n Take is worth the visit. Lisa's newest class schedule is on display and you can sign up for your favorites immediately. Grab a friend and share the fun!
Winter Wonder - $35

Penny Black hit it out of the ballpark with this collection of winter/Christmas themed group of stamps and dies. Look closely at the "Hope" card... That is a new holographic cardstock we now carry in gold, silver and red. There are endless possibilities for it. Once again, the elegance shines in all of these cards.
Art Journal Saturday - $20

Back by popular demand, Lauren Bear will be here to teach this wonderful art journal page. This is a front/back page that is cleverly put together. The photo does not do it justice. You'll have lots of fun with this one and Lauren is certainly a helpful and patient teacher. We all love to make art with Lauren whenever we can!
We have so much on the schedule in September. I hope you'll be able to join us for all the fun. If you have not seen these classes in person, do stop by for a visit and let me or Lisa show them to you. Here are a few details you need to know.....

Additional Class Information
Please Read Carefully
Class Fees: Class fees are due at the time of enrollment. Lisa takes cash, checks and sends PayPal invoices. If you are in the store when she is here, she can take credit cards. Payment of class fees guarantees your enrollment in class. If you register online, you will receive a confirmation email from the store. You will still need to make arrangements to pay your fees prior to class. "Registrations" are not guaranteed until class fees are paid. Class fees must be paid by the Saturday prior to class or your registration will be cancelled and no kit will be available.
Class Kit: You are required to bring a kit of basic paper crafting supplies. Your kit should include (but is not limited to) such things as a black ink pad, embossing ink pad, your favorite paper glue, favorite adhesive (tape runner or double sided tape), scissors, sponges or daubers for edging, pencil and bone folder. Please feel free to add any other supplies you feel you need for paper crafting. All products needed for your basic kit can be purchased at the store.
