New Class Schedule
We had a relaxed and enjoyable Demo Day on Saturday. The Make 'n Take was a hit and so easy to do. There was little waiting and I hope those of you who visited us enjoyed it. For those of you unable to attend, here's an up close and personal look at it!
The owl stamp and pine sprig cover a card stamp are by Impression Obsession. We used Jet Black Archival Ink to stamp the owl image on white cardstock and Orange Blossom Archival Ink to stamp the pine sprig image on orange cardstock. The eyes became very stunning when we applied Tonic's Glitter Gold Pure Sheen. Thanks to Lisa for helping everyone create their very cards!
On to the class schedule. Lisa has added one more Master Page Creation class before the end of July, so if you missed the 1st one, jump in on this one. We have 3 fun artsy classes and 3 card classes for you in August and I know one or more of them are just right for you!
Master Page Creation - Repeat

This class is so much fun a number of people in the first one asked to have it repeated. You will play with paint, stencils, pens and more to create an 11x17 sheet of art we call a Master Page. You can then create a number of additional project using it or color copies of it. In fact, the next class in the line up will use a color copy of the page you create to make it. Check it out!.....
Master Page Canvas Fun

Whether or not you took either of the Master Page Creation classes, you can create this deep edged 6x6 canvas using copies of a Master Page Creation. If you did not take the class, Lisa will provide you with a copy of one of hers. If you did, bring your own copies and create a new masterpiece with your very own artwork!

Kaisercraft has introduced a lovely new paper collection called Lilac Whisper. It is soft and perfect for cards of all kinds. Lisa chose a variety of stamps from My Favorite Things, Kaisercraft and Penny Black to create this special collection.
Class Enrollment and the Fine Print.....
Enrollment is now open for all classes listed above. You may enroll in person or by phone or email (me: maura@myheartsfancyok.com or Lisa: lbruno7754@aol.com). Class fees are due at the time of enrollment and can be paid with check or cash in person at the store or Lisa will be happy to send you a Paypal invoice if you are unable to come by to pay.
A basic kit of supplies is required for every class. If you are new and don't know what you need, stop by or call and we will help you gather what you need. You probably already have a lot of it in your craft closet!
