MAY 2010

CLASSES

We had a wonderful time Saturday creating a lovely card inspired by Dave Brethaur of Memory Box. He also gave us a wonderful piece of his artwork using the stamp we used and demo participants entered a drawing to win it..... The Lucky Winner is Kelly Walker! I'll post a pic of the art and give you a link to the complete instructions tomorrow.

Please make a note that we will be closed Friday and Saturday this week for Memorial Day Weekend. Lisa does have 2 classes scheduled and they will be held so don't worry if you are signed up for them.
Lisa's class schedule is outstanding as usual. There are a few repeats from May as there were several long waiting lists for some of the project classes.

Without further ado, here is the schedule.....

JUST CHARMING - June 3 & 4th: Four absolutely "charming" cards will be made using new papers, stamps and techniques.

METAL FRONT JOURNAL - June 6th: This is a lovely journal that was a project class several years ago. It was hanging around on the counter and a whole bunch of people said they would like to do it so here you go! This is easy peasy and absolutely gorgeous.

MASCULINE CARDS - June 8,10 & 11: Man cards! Good timing for Father's Day but good for any occasion.

"FLY" CANVAS - Sunday, June 13: This is a repeat from May. Long waiting list so be sure you get signed up quickly as this class will fill fast.

MY FAVORITE THINGS BOOK - Thursday, June 17: Also a repeat. Same thing as the "Fly" Canvas - long waiting list so if you want to do this one, get signed up quick.

DEMO DAY - Saturday, June 19th: Always FREE, Always a FREE Make-It-Take-It, and July Class Schedule will be available.

TOUCH OF NATURE - June 22, 24 & 25: Stunning cards made with an embossing resist technique using Distress Inks on a craft sheet. Two of the cards have unusual openings.

GRAPHIC 45 ACCORDIAN - June 29 & July 2nd: Really cool accordian book in a box. ATC sized pages could be recreated as ATC's for trading. Inchie squares are featured so you will need a 1" square punch for this class.

That's it for now..... Until next post..... Happy Stampin'!

  2. I would love to, but for some reason (unknown to me) they do not enlarge when you click on them. However, you know the answer is to come on down and see them in person! We love to see your smilin' face! XOXOX
